Mobile means that there is no fixed location for this connection. You will receive a mobile router that can either work with power or with a battery that can be recharged. Whether it is inside your house, in your own garden or on the beach, or on a trip to Barcelona, ... your internet connection can be taken with you. As long as you are on Spanish territory it will work.

We do offer unlimited download with download speed limited at 30 Mbps. At this moment no providers offer you unlimited download with speeds up to 150 Mbps when the internet is mobile (4G). But at the same time, we see that almost no clients really use more than 200 Gb. Not even when they are allowed to.
To put things in perspective:
you would need to make 50 hours of video calls over Skype to even use 1GB in a month, 50 hours browsing would be approx. 7.5 Gb, 20 hours Facebook would be approx. 2.5 Gb, Netflix: up to 3 hours for 1Gb, Youtube video: up to 10 hours for 1Gb, ...
So you see, our maximum offer of 200 Gb is really a lot of data. And that is also why most of our clients, even if it is for use with IPTV, buy the 120 Gb subscription. For most clients, this is actually already as if it is unlimited…

The speed that we offer is not limited in any way for the up to 150 Mbps packages. That means that you will have the highest available 4G speed for your location. So if you are in very good location it may actually go as high as the theoretical maximum, while in the most rural parts you may end up with a speed of between 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps.

The speed of 3G/4G solely depends on how many people are using the internet at the same time in your location, at peak/off peak times. If maximum connections are operating, then the speed could slow down to ensure everyone can use their connection. This is usually the case in crowded locations. But normally, even then 4G remains a fast service.

No we are not. But we are an official 'OPERADOR MÓVIL VIRTUAL' that is allowed to use all the infrastructure of all known mobile providers such as Orange, Vodafone, Movistar, ... .
Therefore we are in an even better position than some very well known big providers as we can choose which infrastructure provider to work with, depending on the region that we deliver the service.

Yes, no matter where you live in Spain, we can deliver your internet connection. Our 4G services will work everywhere in Spain. That means also in all the other Canary Islands such as Fuerteventura, Tenerife, El Hierro, La Gomera, La Palma, Gran Canaria, but also in Mallorca, Ibiza, Balearic Islands.

For clients who already have a 4G router that they have bought with another provider, we can deliver SIM cards that can be used immediately with your own router. And if you take a subscription with us, you do not even need your router as you can also use one from us, included in the subscription.

If you have been a client of another provider for 4G internet, you may well have bought your own router. This router can be used with our SIM cards. SIM cards are PrePaid. That means that you buy a card with a number of months on it. The total of the months that you order will have to be paid before the card is delivered. (For example 3 months of 50 € = a total of 150 € + a one time 10 € activation cost = 160 €). Once these months are finished, the card can be destroyed as it will never be used again. For every SIM card that you buy, there is a one time 10 € setup fee.

When you sign a contract for minimum 6 months, prices are lower and you also are able to pay per month. Furthermore you do not need to buy hardware, you can use our hardware (router) for free. The router needs to be returned at the end of the contract.

Our minimum contract for subscriptions is 6 months. After those 6 months you can cancel at any time, providing there are no due invoices. After those 6 months, you will automatically have a monthly renewal. So your internet will keep working and you will keep receiving your monthly invoices unless you cancel your subscription. So you see, there is no need for a yearly contract as any subscription with us is always automatically prolonged after the minimum contract until you cancel it yourself.

Activations of SIM cards are done from Monday to Friday during working hours. To be sure the SIM is activated and delivered at your home in Lanzarote in time, please order at least 2 days in advance. You can order your sim card as far in advance as you wish however please note that orders can only be processed during office hours so orders place on a Friday evening will only be processed on the following working day (Monday).

Unfortunately this is not possible. You are allowed to use 90 Gb, 120 Gb or 200 Gb per month, depending on the package that you buy, but when a new month starts you start with a new bundle of 90 Gb, 120 Gb or 200 Gb.

If you use all your data before the month is ended, you can buy an extra SIM card with 90 Gb, 120 Gb or 200 Gb. Prices for separate SIM cards are on our website. Alternatively you can also upgrade your package to a higher one for the following months.
